In order to print files in the most efficient manner please take note of these file management practices.

On flash drives or CD's please create a WCC print folder. This eliminates the need to search for your files. With this folder please create subfolders for any
documents that require different printing requirements. E.g A3 Colour on card...A4 Black & White.

Please ensure that files are provided on one of the following formats: PDF / JPEG / TIFF / BMP. The preferred format for fast printing from your file is PDF. If you are unable to save to these formats please ensure all fonts are embedded into your document during the save
process.

Photoshop files will only be printed if the file has been flattened.

Please notify our staff if you wish to send files via email greater than 10MB. All files that exceed 100MB will incur an additional handling fee.

Some files may require us to charge for layout where the file is not ready for production.
